This unique compact design features twin ceramic sharpening wheels: a coarse wheel – for dull or damaged blades and a fine wheel – to finish the blade edge/regular knife maintenance. The easy-grip handle and non-slip feet provide additional safety when sharpening and Rota locks closed for compact storage. Suitable for most types of stainless-steel knives (excluding serrated or ceramic blades). To use, simply push button and rotate handle to open. Handle will lock safely into position for sharpening.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
